Honeymoon in November with about ₹1.5 lakh total for both of us — Bali, Sri Lanka or Andaman?

At ₹1.5 lakh per couple all-in, the honest ranking for November: Andaman first, Sri Lanka second, Bali third. The Andamans in November are in full season — calm crossings, open dive schools, Radhanagar at its best — and your budget buys the genuinely nice version: boutique beach resort, candlelight dinner, a first scuba dive, with no visa or forex eating the margin. Sri Lanka fits too (free visa, short flights, ₹1.3–1.4L done well) and offers more variety — but November can still catch the tail of the inter-monsoon on some coasts. Bali is achievable at this number but you'd be trimming exactly the things honeymoons are for: the private-pool villa, the nicer dinners. Our rule for honeymoons: better to do a nearer place richly than a farther place thinly. Full numbers in the Andaman honeymoon guide and the Andaman vs Maldives comparison.
